The firm is led by Maximiliano von Kesselstatt, former Director of CTI Móvil, former Regulations Manager at the National Communications Commission, former Vice President of Pan American Energy LLC, and former Legal Director of AXION Energy. He is joined by a group of professionals who have held senior positions in both business and government, bringing experience in legal counsel, consulting, negotiation and strategy across a wide range of industries.
