He practices law specializing in strategic planning, alliances, business restructuring, regulated markets and new-business launches, with a recent focus on satellite regulation before the International Telecommunication Union (ITU).
From 2014 to 2016 he was Legal Director, Retail, at AXION Energy Argentina (formerly Esso). From 2006 to 2009 he served as Vice President of Legal Affairs at Pan American Energy LLC (Bridas–British Petroleum), sitting on the boards of several group companies.
Until 2003 he was Director of Legal, Regulatory Affairs and External Relations at CTI Móvil and CTI Integrales (today Claro/Telmex), continuing until 2004 at its parent company, Verizon Communications Inc., in the United States. From 1997 to 2000 he was Strategic Planning Director at CTI, overseeing the company's flagship projects from inception, including the PCS auctions in the Buenos Aires metropolitan area and the Northern and Southern regions.
Before that, until 1993, he was Regulations Manager at the National Communications Commission (CNC) and Plenipotentiary Delegate of Argentina before the ITU; he consulted for the United Nations and the World Bank, and worked within the legislature, at both the provincial and national levels. He practiced independently between 2003 and 2010 (Miami–Buenos Aires), advising clients including Verizon Communications, CTI Móvil, Lucent Technologies, Pan American Energy, Telecom Argentina and Personal.

He has taught Digital Transformation and Artificial Intelligence at AADT (Argentine Telecommunications Law Association) for a decade, and Telecommunications and Satellite Systems at the University of Buenos Aires (UBA). He is a member of the ICT Observatory at the School of Law (UBA).

He was a member of the Telecommunications and Oil business chambers, a founding member of the Association of Telecommunications Lawyers (today AADT), and a member of ALACEL (Latin American Association of Cellular Telephone Companies).
